In December 2025, Jiangsu TOMILO Advanced Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully held its first recognition ceremony for essential safety improvement proposals, honoring the outstanding individuals who contributed to safety enhancements.

At the event, each proposer took the stage to provide a vivid and detailed explanation of the origin, implementation process, and outcomes of their improvement proposals. Every proposal reflected the wisdom and responsibility of frontline employees, and the engaging presentations received rounds of applause from the audience.

The Director of the Manufacturing Center, Mr. Huang, gave high praise to all the proposals and awarded honor certificates and prizes to the contributors. In his speech, he emphasized: "Seeing these excellent improvement proposals being implemented and producing real results is truly inspiring. Workplace safety concerns everyone. I hope everyone continues to pay attention to the details around them, think proactively, and make continuous improvements in areas such as design, process optimization, and equipment upgrades to eliminate risks from the root."

Since the launch of the safety improvement initiative earlier this year, a total of 275 proposals had been submitted by the end of November, averaging one proposal per working day. The results of this essential safety improvement activity have been significant, not only enhancing employees' awareness and practical abilities in safety participation but also reinforcing the idea that "everyone’s participation and continuous improvement" is the fundamental path to improving the company’s intrinsic safety levels.

This event served as a focused summary of the interim achievements and was also a deep practice of safety culture and employee mobilization. It demonstrated that safety improvement is not a one-time effort but should become a consistent and ongoing shared action in daily work. Every employee’s observations, thoughts, and suggestions are contributing to building a stronger safety defense.
