In November 2025, a meaningful and inspiring roundtable meeting was held as scheduled, opening a warm and enlightening journey of growth for the trainees.

Time flies, and it has already been four months since the trainees joined the TOMILO family. To reflect on this enriching and invaluable journey, the event began with a heartfelt video that captured their transformation—from stepping into the workplace for the first time to gradually integrating into the company. Every moment of learning and every achievement quietly unfolded on screen, touching the hearts of everyone present.

The event then centered on the themes of “connection” and “growth,” featuring a series of engaging activities, including self-introductions, story relay, “Truth Portal,” and “CEO Sneak Peek.” These activities not only served as bridges that brought trainees closer to the attending guests, but also created a relaxed atmosphere where genuine voices could be heard. The team attentively gathered the trainees’ reflections, challenges, and suggestions—providing a solid foundation for future personalized development and precise guidance.
